If it’s legible to you, Navi can usually read it. It reads the schedule back to you before setting anything up, so you can catch a mistake before it turns into a bad morning. Also feel free to just describe your commute in regular text, like “I’m working Tues and Wed at 7 am” if you have shifts or “I have a 9 – 5 every day” and it’ll monitor your commute whenever you want.

It tells you what it understood before anything is set. If a shift is off, say so in plain words and it’ll fix that one without you resending the whole thing.

Navi reads whatever period is in the photo, so a two week roster gets you two weeks. When your schedule changes, send the new one and tell it, then it replaces the old one. You can also just tell it about a single change, like “I picked up a night shift this Thursday,” without sending anything.

If you’re chronically late, or if you need longer to get out the door than most people, it starts texting you earlier without being asked. You can override it any time by telling it how much buffer you want.

Yes. Tell it once, like “always give me 15 extra minutes,” and it applies from then on.

Tell Navi the stops. Daycare drop off and then the office, or the gym and then class. It times the whole run rather than just the last leg.
